Joyce/Dayton Stainless Steel Machine Screw Jack / Linear Actuators are
specifically designed for positioning or lifting applications in corrosive or
other potentially contaminated environments. All exposed surfaces and
components feature 316 or 17-4 stainless steel construction and bronze
bushings. Nitrile rubber seals protect all internal mechanisms.
Unlike other stainless steel screw jacks, Joyce/Dayton SWJ series provide
full lifting capacity. In most cases, these jacks can be easily retrofitted
into applications where non-stainless steel screw jacks have already been
installed.
Joyce/Dayton offers Stainless Steel Screw Jack models in capacities from 2
to 25 tons. Stainless Steel Screw Jacks come in translating screw, rotating
screw (keyed for traveling nut) and keyed (shown).
Stainless steel screw jacks are available with one of four standard screw
ends or special ends to meet your requirements. For increased travel speed,
specify DSWJ double lead series.
