Motor Starters

Joyce/Dayton offers standard motor starter controls for one-third to 15 horsepower motors in a variety of voltages. These motor starters are the heart of basic control systems for motorized jacks, actuators, electric cylinders, and ComDRIVE® systems. They include extend and retract push buttons for momentary operation and an illuminated power-on light that lets operators easily determine if there is power to the system.

• Limit switch terminals for two end-of-travel limits
• 208, 230, 460, 575 volts standard, three-phase power requirements
• NEMA 4 enclosure
• All three-phase motor starters include IEC motor overload protection
• Manual jog

Each model's part number begins with the prefix 07990377. To this prefix, add the appropriate suffix from the Product Specifications chart below. For example: 07990377-17 refers to a motor starter for a 1 1/2 horsepower, 200 volt motor.
